Psi feeding, or energy draining, is a process of sucking off energy(qi/prana/life force) from an aura/life force and adding it to your own. Now, while psychic vampires have the instinct in them, sometimes it can be learned by sanguinarians, or even by normal humans with a strong affinity for pranic energy.
This can be done instinctually, or through many different techniques, the most popular one, being visualization. This technique is done, in a nutshell, by visualizing the energy coming off of your prey/source/group of people and being drawn into you, usually through the mouth or hands.
Also for some people, this is can be done synounymously with breathing, inhaling as u absorb energy, and exhaling to settle it in your body. Sometimes people have a hard time controlling this, and can lose energy in the process if they dont perform it correctly.
There are several ways to Feed and several energys you can feed from.
First How we Feed.
TOUCH – Ability to take energy when touching someone.LOCALEsomeone.

TENDRILS – The Astral Body 'grows' tendrils to reach further than close locale.(i will Get into Astral Bodys later)
EYE CONTACT – The eyes are always thought of as being able to easily transfer energy.FARenergy.
FAR LOCALE – The ability to take energy from a further distance.RANGEDdistance.
RANGED – The ability to take energy from people a long way away.
Touch- Thisdoesn'tThis doesn't require any conscious thought so some of us never relise that we are Psi-Vampires.
Example- Some one shakes your hand you can get energy out of this.
LOCALE- This is like toching everyone in the room. Mass Feeding feeding a little from agroup of people.
Eye Contact- This is similar to locale but more energy can be transfered.
Far Locale- This can be anything from the house next door to a bighouse groupin ofthe people.next street.
Example- absorbingAbsorbing energy from the people at a football game. Some people use the same method they use when feeding on one person, but that can be tricky. First, you must imagine all of the group's energy radiating off of their bodies and floating around freely. Imagine the energy in the form of little dots of light. Allow yourself to be a magnet and absorb the dots as they accumulate around your body and you can absorb them like a sponge.
Ranged- Some may say range is infinite some may say it's a load of rubbish. Most don't do this cause there is no need.
